One price. No per-exhibitor maths.

However many events you run and however many stands you sell, the number does not move. Charge your exhibitors for lead capture or bundle it into the stand price — either way the margin is yours.

What it replaces

Lead retrieval is normally priced per exhibitor, per event. For an event with 40 stands, at typical market rates:

Typical per-exhibitor licence£150–£400
40 stands, one event£6,000–£16,000
Lanyard, unlimited events£3,600

Indicative, from published rates of comparable products. Your own numbers will differ.

Running one event a year?

An annual licence probably is not the right shape for you. Get in touch and we will quote you for the single event instead.

Questions people ask first.

Can I charge my exhibitors for it?
Yes, and most organisers do. Sell lead capture as an add-on or fold it into the stand price — there is no per-exhibitor fee on our side either way, so whatever you charge is margin.
What happens when the trial ends?
We get in touch before it does. Nothing is ever charged without you agreeing to it first.
What if we stop paying mid-event?
Scanning at an event already under way keeps working. A lapsed subscription stops you creating new events, not forty stands mid-show. We think anything else would be indefensible.
Do exhibitors pay anything?
No. They scan with their own phones and there is nothing to install, so there is nothing for them to buy.
Where is the data held?
In the UK. You are the data controller for your visitors; we are your processor and never sell, share or mine anything.
How long do exhibitors keep their leads?
You choose, in each event's settings. Thirty days after the event is the default. Exhibitors should be downloading their CSV into their own CRM rather than treating us as long-term storage, and their access closes automatically when your window ends.
Can we white-label it?
Yes — we are open to white-label arrangements, including ones where you resell it under your own brand. Tell us what you have in mind and we will book a call to work out how it would be set up and priced.
What if we need something it does not do?
Ask. We are small and building this alongside working organisers, so the roadmap is genuinely shaped by what customers run into.
